Vladimir Jacimovic is a seasoned investor with a 30-year track record in venture investing, private equity, and public investing, as well as operating experience.
Since beginning his venture career in 1996, he has invested in and helped build more than 30 technology companies across all stages of company growth, from seed-level VC investments to public investments in mature companies. An early adopter of data analytics applied to investing, Vladimir has developed the firm’s investment strategy and its proprietary tools. His appreciation for AI in the finance world led him to establish ContinuumLab, a venture studio focused on AI startups.

Passionate about AI and data science, he has been appointed an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School where he works with AI thought leaders.

Currently on the Board of 8x8 (NASDAQ: EGHT), he has previously served on many private and public boards, including the advisory boards of Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, and McKinsey & Company.

Earlier in his career, Vladimir was a Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), a leading venture capital firm, and a Managing Director at Crosslink Capital, an early player in crossover investing.

Vladimir started out with operating roles at Intel and Ingres, and later worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in the US and in Europe. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of San Francisco, where he played on the NCAA Division I basketball team.
